Tonight, we celebrate! One of our great friends has left the world of corporate - to pursue entrepreneurship himself! Welcome to the Club - it is not for the faint of heart, but for the strong in spirit. There will be obstacles. You will have some failures, but ultimately, you will succeed.
In preparation for his celebratory welcome to the world of endless adventures of chaos, we're throwing him a party, and I am preparing Lumi Libations!
For years, even before I founded Lumi, I always made exciting cocktails and LOVED throwing parties. Cowgirl Kick Punch (AKA Black-out central) was one of my favorite concoctions. Looking back, what was I thinking? The amount of fake sugars in that drink made for a wicked hangover, let alone added somethin' somethin' around the tummy.
For this party, I'm making a revised version of my Cowgirl Kick Punch - one with 100% real ingredients. It's easy to do on the fly. In the past, it took me hours to prepare cocktails for a 30 person party - now, luckily, I have Lumi. Lumi takes the pain out of at-home juicing - It will take only a few mi
nutes, not hours, to prep one of my favorite creations.
Here is how you can too!
Cowgirl Kick Punch:
1 Lumi Morning Sunrise 16 oz. Juice (Fresh Grapefruit Juice with a splash of Lime)
1 Bottle Soda Water
1 Bottle Tequila Ocho Resposado
I hate putting strict recipes to cocktails - every consumer likes more or less liquor/juice. My recommendation is take two small slices of a jalopeano - muddle it in the bottom of a glass, add ice, 2 oz. of Tequila Ocho, 1 oz. Morning Sunrise, a splash of soda water, and a fresh lime. Sip and enjoy. How easy is that?
For those of you who hate the spice, drop the jalopeanos. No matter what, this easy cocktail will make the pickiest of drinkers reaching for more!
Whatever you're doing this Saturday Night - take a moment to stop and cheers the entrepreneurs in your life.
Love yoU, Mean It! #Lumi365
